Dal Gosht
Ingredients:

1 small tomato, diced

1 medium-sized onion, sliced

100 grams chana dal, soaked for 2 hours

2 tablespoons oil
-
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
-
50 grams BHARAT DAL GOSHT MASALA

300 grams mutton
-
Coriander leaves, for garnish
-
Fried onion flakes, for garnish

Water, as required
Method:

Soak 100 grams of chana dal for 2 hours.

Boil the soaked dal in a pressure cooker and set aside.

Slice 1 medium-sized onion and dice 1 small tomato.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker.

Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add diced tomatoes and 300 grams of mutton; mix well.

Add 50 grams of BHARAT DAL GOSHT MASALA and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in water as needed, close the lid, and simmer on low flame until mutton is tender.

Once cooked, add the boiled chana dal to the mutton.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with fried onion flakes and rice.
