Mix Vegetable Sabzi

  • 500 grams cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 200 grams green peas
  • 1 large carrot, diced
  • 1 medium-sized capsicum, diced
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed green chili
  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • Half tablespoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 2 tablespoons Bharat Super Garlic Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Phulka roti, to serve


  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Stir Fry Vegetables: Add chopped cauliflower, green peas, diced carrot, and capsicum to the pan. Stir fry for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
  3. Cover and Cook: Add a splash of water to the pan and cover with a lid. Allow the vegetables to cook on low heat until they are tender yet retain their crunchiness.
  4. Seasoning- Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder over the vegetables. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.
  5. Spice it up: Now, add 2 tablespoons of Bharat Super Garlic Masala to the pan. Stir well to combine, ensuring the masala coats all the vegetables thoroughly.
